That is a phishing clone. The real Nexus login carries the current onion inside the captcha image. If the URL bar and the captcha string disagree, close the tab and open this page again from a bookmark.

Yes. Bookmark any of the three current addresses inside Tor Browser. When a rotation happens the changelog will note it and this page will update.

The operator publishes the PGP key on the pinned Dread profile. Fetch it once from that source, cross-check the fingerprint from the /pgp path on the market login, keep it on your keyring forever. See the spec page for details.
